    Skin + Gut™ combines probiotics, botanicals, vitamins, minerals and nutritional compounds traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of acne, dermatitis, mild eczema and mild psoriasis, while supporting healthy digestive function.

    The formula includes polaprezinc® (zinc–carnosine), which is supported by scientific evidence and helps maintain and support the integrity of the gut lining.

  • Ages 15 years and up – Take 1 capsule in the morning with food, and 1 capsule in the evening with food.

    Ages 12 to 14 – Take 1 capsule with food.
